Black tote bag with orange fox pin, found near Target

I found a black tote bag this afternoon around 2:30pm in the Target parking lot on G Street, Merced. It's a medium-sized black canvas tote with a bright red lining and a small orange fox pin clipped to the strap. Inside there’s a blue spiral notebook with the name 'Mira' on the cover, a pink lip balm, and a spare key on a red keychain; the bag is in good condition.
