Missing person: Leila Okafor, 23

I last saw Leila this afternoon around 4pm near Beale Street Landing along the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. She’s 23, about 5'6", with a slim build, dark brown skin, and short curly black hair. She was wearing a bright red hoodie, blue jeans, and white sneakers with a purple stripe. She has a small crescent-shaped birthmark on her left wrist and was carrying a tan leather crossbody bag. This is really scary and I’m worried sick—she’s never disappeared like this.
