I lost my blue Ruffwear-style dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Meadville Public Library on Chestnut Street. It's a medium size, adjustable nylon harness with a bright reflective stripe and a small paw-print patch on the chest. There’s a faint scuff on the left strap from a fence scrape, and I had a black leash clipped to the D-ring the last time I used it. This harness is super important to me because it helps my anxious pup feel safe on walks, and it's the only one that fits him comfortably.
