I found a bright orange North Face winter jacket this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Mason City Public Library entrance on 1st Street, by the bike racks. It's a men's medium puffer in solid orange with black zippers, a small white North Face logo on the chest, and a couple of faint scuffs on the cuffs from rain. Inside the left pocket I noticed a blue enamel compass pin—an easy feature to spot if you're searching for it. It's in decent shape overall, just needs a warm home again. I found a blue Penguin Classics paperback this afternoon around 2:15pm, lying near the bike racks by the Mason City Public Library on 2nd Street. It's about 320 pages, with a bent spine and a small coffee ring along the back. Inside the front cover, someone drew a tiny pencil sun and the initials 'A.P.' in the margin, and there's a dog-eared page 42 with a faded sticker tucked there. Rare 1950s coin collection in leather folio
I found a rare 1950s coin collection this afternoon around 2:15pm, tucked inside a brown leather folio with an embossed crest on the cover. It was sitting on the bench behind the Mason City Public Library, near the bike racks on 4th Street. The set includes a mint-condition Canadian silver dollar and several U.S. commemoratives, all neatly stored in protective flips even though the folio's seen better days.
