I found a grey North Face backpack this afternoon around 3:40 pm behind the Mason City Public Library on 2nd Street. It's a medium-sized pack in decent shape, with a black front pocket and a bright orange carabiner clipped to the top handle. Inside there’s a blue binder, a small panda patch on the inner sleeve, and a USB-C cable in the side pocket. The zipper has a little creak but otherwise it's intact; there’s a faint coffee stain on the bottom from last week.
