I found this silver watch this afternoon around 2:45pm near Capitol Square on State Street in Madison. It's a medium-sized stainless steel case with a black dial and white markers, paired with a brown leather strap that's a bit worn from daily use. On the back there's a small engraving: 'E.N.' and there's a tiny scratch near the 2 o'clock marker. It seemed cared for but not brand-new, so I figured someone might be missing it.
