Lost small black terrier dog named Max with a white chest patch and red collar in backyard in Madison.

My little black terrier named Max went missing from our backyard in Madison yesterday afternoon. He's about 5 years old, weighs around 15 pounds, and has a distinctive white patch on his chest. He was last seen wearing a red collar with a silver tag that has my phone number. We're really worried and miss him so much, so if anyone has seen him, please contact me.
