Gray North Face fleece jacket found near Lynchburg Library

Found a gray North Face fleece jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Lynchburg Public Library on Church Street. It's a men's medium, a bit pilly, with a white North Face logo on the chest and a red zipper pull. There’s a small coffee stain on the inside pocket liner and a tiny snag near the cuff.
