Tan leather crossbody bag with lavender tassel
I found a tan leather crossbody bag this afternoon around 3:15 pm in downtown Lubbock near the Buddy Holly Center. It's a compact bag, about the size of a paperback, with a long adjustable strap and a gold-tone buckle. The outside has a small, distinctive lavender tassel on the zipper and the inside lining is a bright pink color. If the owner is out there, I’d love to get it back to them.
Lost black travel tote bag with a small front zipper pocket containing a water bottle, book, and travel pillow at a coffee shop on 19th Street in Lubbock.
I lost my black travel tote bag while visiting my friend in Lubbock last weekend. It has a small zipper pocket on the front and contained some of my essentials like a water bottle, a book, and my favorite travel pillow. I think I left it at a coffee shop on 19th Street where we stopped for a break. If anyone finds it, I’d really appreciate getting it back!
Found travel bags near Texas Tech, Lubbock.
While walking back from the library this afternoon, around 3:15 p.m., I found two travel bags tucked by the curb near the Texas Tech University Student Union Building on 18th Street. A grey rolling suitcase and a black duffel with a red strap. They had a tag, but I couldn't read a name. I checked the surrounding benches and bus stops, then decided to bring them to the campus security desk so they’d be in a safe place. It felt strange to see someone’s plans left behind, but I hope the owner or a friend will spot this and claim them soon.
US passport in blue cover found near Buddy Holly Center
I found a US passport this morning around 9:45am on the sidewalk outside the Buddy Holly Center on 19th Street in Lubbock. The cover is the standard dark blue with gold seal, and it shows a little wear along the edges. There’s a small coffee stain on the back and a tiny dent on the bottom-right corner, plus a faint crease along the spine. It looked like it had been in a pocket or bag that got damp, so I picked it up and kept it here in case someone returns for it. I know how stressful it is to lose a passport, and I’d love to help reunite the owner with it.
Found travel adapters near Buddy Holly Center
I found travel adapters under a bench in downtown Lubbock near the Buddy Holly Center on Market Street at around 4:25 p.m. last Tuesday. A jumble of adapters—USB-C, USB-A, and a spare charger—peeked out from a small zip bag, all still clean and usable. It gave me a wave of relief, imagining someone sprinting between flights or buses who would be glad to see these again. I left them on the bench with the hope that this post helps reunite them with their owner.
