Lost rare 1995 Snickers candy bar wrapper near Lubbock city park, Texas.

I lost a rare 1995 Snickers candy bar wrapper while walking near the Lubbock city park last week. It's a part of my collector's items, and the condition is quite precious as only a few exist in circulation. I remember taking it out of my pocket to show a friend, and I must have dropped it when I took out my phone. It's a sentimental piece for me, so I'm really hoping to get it back.
