Bright red Adidas running hoodie found near Albert Dock

I found a bright red Adidas running hoodie this afternoon around 3:30 pm near the Albert Dock by the Mersey Ferry terminal in Liverpool. It’s men’s size M, lightweight quick-dry fabric, and it’s in good condition with just a minor snag at the left sleeve cuff. The hoodie features the classic white Adidas stripes down the sleeves and a white drawstring, plus a tiny blue stitch detail at the bottom hem that makes it easy to identify. It was lying on the pavement near the bike racks by the water, so I picked it up hoping the owner sees this.
