Beige leather tote found near Liverpool ONE

I found a beige leather tote this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the Liverpool ONE entrance on Paradise Street, near the Apple Store. It’s a Coach tote with a tan exterior and a bright pink lining visible when you open the magnetic snap closure. There’s a small scratch on the bottom corner and a silver keyring with a tiny black tassel inside. The interior pocket contains a folded receipt and a photo of a child, which makes me think it might be sentimental.
