Found a bright red toy fire truck in Riverfront Park, likely belonging to a child.

I found a bright red toy fire truck while walking my dog in Riverfront Park here in Little Rock. It looks like it belongs to a little kid since it's in pretty good condition, maybe just a bit dusty.
