Dark blue US passport found near Clinton Library, LR

I found a dark blue US passport this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Clinton Presidential Library along President Clinton Ave in Little Rock. It’s tucked into a black leather sleeve and shows some wear around the edges. The back cover has a small coffee stain and a yellow ribbon bookmark is sticking out from the top. The passport seems recently used and in decent condition, nothing torn, just a little worn from travel. I picked it up hoping to reunite it with its owner; someone must be missing it after a trip.
