USB drives lost on UNL campus

I’m Daniel Morales. I was on UNL City Campus by Love Library around 3:20 p.m. last Friday when two USB drives slipped from my backpack and disappeared into a crack between the steps. The drives hold weeks of lab data and client backups I can’t redo, and losing them makes my stomach drop. I retraced the route from the library entrance to the coffee shop, and back again, but there’s no sign of them. I’m worried someone could access the files, and I’m hoping a kind passerby turned them into the campus lost-and-found. If you’ve seen them around the Love Library area, please help me get them back.

- Share your live location with them during the handoff.
- For high-value items, consider contacting your local police station for advice first.
