Blue Accu-Chek glucometer in gray case

Yesterday around 3pm I realized I’d left my blue Accu-Chek glucometer in its gray neoprene case somewhere near the Lincoln Public Library on O Street. It’s a compact white device with blue trim, the screen has a small crack, and the zipper area on the case is a bit loose. There’s a yellow sticky note on the case that reads 'A-23', and there’s a faint coffee stain on the back from my bag. This health item is essential for my daily diabetes management and holds weeks of readings, so I’m really hoping someone found it and can return it.
