Gold ring with sapphire and inner engraving

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the downtown Market Square at the corner of Fort Sill Boulevard and West Main Street in Lawton. It's a 14k yellow gold band, about size 6.5, with a small oval blue sapphire set in a simple bezel. Inside the band is engraved 'M.K. 1998' and there are a couple of tiny scratches on the outside plus a faint bend from wear. This ring was a gift from my grandmother and has serious sentimental value—I’m really hoping someone picked it up and sees this post. If you found it, email [email protected].
