Black leather briefcase with gold latch and red interior

Found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:45pm in the Target parking lot on NW Cache Road in Lawton. It's a medium-sized case, with a brass latch and a red satin lining visible when you open it. The corners are a bit scuffed and there's a faint coffee ring on the front. Inside, there's a faded sticker with the initials 'R.S.' and a small blue USB-C cable tucked in the side pocket.
