I misplaced my black waterproof raincoat while biking in Lawrence last Saturday near the outdoor market. It's lightweight and has a hood, and it was rolled up in my bag before I stopped to grab some food. I didn't realize it was missing until later in the day. I found a navy blue US passport this morning around 11am behind the bike racks outside the Lawrence Public Library on Vermont Street. The cover is creased and there's a small coffee stain along the bottom edge, plus a bit of wear along the spine. Inside, the name page is faint but legible, and there's a peeling study-abroad sticker on the inside cover. The passport looks intact otherwise. I found a red nylon dog harness with reflective stripes this morning around 8:15am behind the Lawrence Public Library on Vermont Street, near the bike racks. It’s a medium-sized, adjustable harness with a black plastic buckle and a small blue paw-print charm hanging from the D-ring. Inside, there’s a white label with a handwritten name that looks like “Milo.” The harness is in good condition and clearly used, with a few dog-hair specks and nothing torn. If this belongs to someone, I’d really like to help reunite it with their pup—I’ll be around the library area today in case someone recognizes it.
