Lost devices near Market Plaza after sunset

I was at Market Plaza in Laredo around 7:45 pm yesterday, by the fountain near the bus stop when I realized my bag with two devices was gone. The bag is a black backpack with a red zipper pull, a little scuffed on the bottom. Inside were my phone and a compact tablet, both in a gray protective case, plus a charger. I retraced my steps along Zaragoza Street, talking to a few street vendors and circling the plaza again and again. I’m anxious but hopeful—if you found them, please keep them safe; they’re important to me for work and memories.
