Lost blue sketchbook with a dolphin drawing on the front cover near Laredo Library.

I lost my blue sketchbook near the Laredo library on Monday afternoon. It has a drawing of a dolphin on the front cover, and inside there are various sketches I've done over the past few months. This sketchbook means a lot to me, and I hope someone can help me find it!
