Black RFID passport holder, Travelon

Found a black Travelon RFID passport holder this afternoon around 1:50pm in the Mall del Norte parking lot, near the main entrance on San Dario Ave in Laredo. It's a genuine Travelon, with a faux-leather finish, red edge stitching, and a tiny white airplane icon on the front. Inside are several slots and an RFID-protected pocket, plus a boarding-pass sleeve, and I can see faint initials 'A.R.' stitched in red inside. The exterior has a few light scuffs from being on the ground, but the zipper still works smoothly.
