Description
I was walking along Capitol Avenue by the State Capitol building in Lansing this afternoon when I spotted a tote bag resting on a bench around 2:20 p.m. I picked it up and saw a label with the words Wild and Domestic on it. Inside were a notebook, a water bottle, and a few loose papers. I am glad I found it and want to reunite it with the owner. If you recognize these items, please check the Capitol area or the Lansing River Trail near the Capitol.
