Gold ring with sapphire, engraved inside

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the Lancaster Central Market on North Queen Street. It's a slender 14k gold band, about 4-5 mm wide, with a tiny sapphire set on the top edge. Inside the band there’s a delicate engraving: 'M.L.' The ring has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother and I wear it every day. I really need it back, and I’d be grateful to hear from anyone who found it.
