I was walking to the bus stop near the Fulton Street entrance of the Lancaster Central Market this morning, around 7:50 a.m., when I spotted a pair of navy jeans lying folded on the sidewalk by the market steps. They’re men’s jeans, size 34x32, with a brown leather patch on the back and a small frayed cuff. I picked them up and left them on a bench outside the market, hoping the owner might recognize them.
