Neon Speedo swim trunks found near Lake Charles boardwalk

I found a pair of neon orange Speedo swim trunks this afternoon around 4:15 pm, lying on the concrete near Lake Charles boardwalk by the marina off Mill Street. They're men's size M, quick-dry fabric, with a white drawstring and a small blue dolphin logo on the back waistband. The trunks look in good shape with just a light sand coating and one tiny sunscreen stain near the hem. No rips or tears. It felt like someone might be missing them after a swim by the lake today.
