Navy North Face parka missing with fur hood

I lost my navy North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the back entrance of Prien Lake Mall on Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles. It's a men's Large, navy shell with a fur-trim hood; there’s a small tear at the left cuff and a bright red zipper pull that’s easy to spot. Inside the left chest pocket is a laminated photo of my grandmother, plus a tiny varsity patch from high school—that stuff is sentimental to me.
