Lost black cat named Shadow with a small white chest patch near Bayou Constance, Lake Charles.

I lost my beloved cat, Shadow, around the neighborhood near Bayou Constance in Lake Charles. He is about 2 years old, has a shiny black coat with a small white patch on his chest, and is very vocal. He slipped out during a storm last night, and I've been searching everywhere for him. If anyone has seen him, please let me know!
