Blue Nike hoodie found near library

I found a blue Nike hoodie this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Lake Charles Public Library on Pujo Street. It's a men's medium hoodie, faded blue with a white Nike swoosh on the chest and neon-yellow drawstrings that really pop. There's a small coffee stain near the cuff and the inside tag says size M, plus an embroidered anchor near the hem as a unique detail. I want to get it back to its owner, so if you’re missing it, message me and we can meet near the library or on Pujo Street.
