Missing person: 22-year-old Timothy Lee

I lost my brother Timothy Lee yesterday around 7pm in Lafayette, and I am really worried. He's 5'9", slender, with short black hair and a crescent moon tattoo on his left wrist; he was wearing a gray hoodie with a red Nike logo and dark jeans. He was last seen near the Lafayette Public Library on Jefferson Street, outside the cafe by the bus stop. If anyone spots him, please contact me immediately—he may be anxious and disoriented, and his blue backpack with a star patch is a key identifier.
