Teal hand-painted ceramic vase with gold specks

I lost my teal hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm outside the Riverfront Gallery on Main Street in the La Salle Co Arts District. It's about 8 inches tall, with a glossy teal glaze and tiny gold specks, and there's a tiny chip on the rim. The bottom is signed 'EP' and there’s a small scratch along the base from a previous knock over. It was a gift from my grandmother and really means a lot to me—I'd be grateful to get it back.
