Navy quilted duvet cover with white piping

I lost my navy quilted duvet cover, queen size, yesterday around 3pm in La Salle Co. I think I last had it near the Walgreens on Main Street in Ottawa, carried in a reusable grey tote. It's a NovaHome duvet with white piping along the edges, and there's a small coffee stain near the bottom corner. There's a monogram 'LH' inside the corner and a faint bleach mark along the hem—these are my only easy identifying features. It was a gift from my grandmother and I really need it back; if anyone found it, please let me know, I'll be forever grateful.
