Navy parka with fur-trimmed hood

I lost my navy parka yesterday around 3pm in La Salle Co. It's a Columbia men's size L down parka with a faux-fur hood and a red plaid lining. The left cuff is a bit worn, and there's a tiny tear near the elbow, plus inside pocket has my initials 'AH' stitched on the tag. I think I last had it near the La Salle County Courthouse steps on Main Street, then wandered toward Riverside Park and the Star Cafe district. It was a gift from my mom and it really means a lot to me—I’d be grateful to get it back.
