Found ceramic vase with cobalt blue glaze

I found a ceramic vase this afternoon around 2:45 pm in the plaza behind Riverside Market on Main Street here in La Salle Co. It's about 8 inches tall, with a glossy cobalt blue glaze and a delicate white fern pattern painted around the middle. There’s a tiny chip on the rim and a small signature on the bottom that reads 'Luna Studio 2019.' I picked it up near the bike racks by the fountain, right where folks hang out and chat.
