Red 28-inch Samsonite suitcase with green fox sticker

I found a large red 28-inch Samsonite hard-shell suitcase this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the public library on Oak Avenue in downtown Klamath Falls. It's in decent condition with a few scuffs on the bottom corner, and the wheels roll smoothly. Inside, the gray lining has a bold blue stripe, and there's a bright green fox sticker on the outside lid that makes it stand out. The suitcase feels like it might carry someone’s travel gear or a sentimental memento, and I imagine it might belong to someone who just had a trip cut short.
