Description
I lost a blue dog collar with silver identification tags while walking my dog near the headwaters of Upper Klamath Lake in Klamath Falls. It has 'Buddy' engraved on one side and my phone number on the other. I was distracted by some ducks and didn't realize it had slipped off. If anyone finds it, I would really appreciate getting it back!
