Description
I lost a black wallet (looks like a man's wallet). All the cards have been locked/reported as stolen. I am offering a reward because I need my Calif driver's license to travel next week. I know exactly where I left it and hoping cameras will identify who took it but waiting to call the police in case someone wants a reward and I can get it back right away. Please call.
