Found friendly golden retriever with blue collar wandering in park.

I found a lost golden retriever wandering around the park in Kirksville this afternoon. He’s super friendly and has a blue collar but no tags. He seems to be well cared for, and I want to help him find his way home. If anyone is missing their pup, please reach out!
