Found a green and yellow parakeet fluttering around a backyard in Killeen, Texas.

I found a green and yellow parakeet fluttering around my backyard in Killeen this morning. It seemed a bit scared but is friendly and sat on my shoulder. I’ve looked around the neighborhood and cannot find an owner. If you think this might be your bird, please reach out!
