Lost emergency contact card with blue border

I lost my emergency contact card yesterday around 3pm near the Riverside Shopping Centre on Week Street in Maidstone, Kent. It's a small white card, roughly the size of a credit card, with a bright blue border and a tiny photo in the top left corner. There's a faint coffee stain on the bottom edge and a green heart sticker on the back to help me spot it quickly. On the backside I wrote the emergency numbers and a quick note about allergies; it was a gift from my grandmother and it has sentimental value - I really need it back.
