I was out for a walk with my dog on Sunday at 3:45 p.m. when I spotted a small pile of utensils lying beneath a bench near Lincoln Park in the Kenosha-Racine area. It looked like a typical set of kitchen tools—two forks, a spoon, a spatula with a wooden handle, and a little napkin tucked under them. There wasn’t anyone around, so I picked them up and brought them to the Kenosha-Racine County information desk to report them.
