Found a bright green and yellow parakeet in a backyard in Kenosha-Racine, Wisconsin.

I found a bright green and yellow parakeet fluttering around my backyard today in Kenosha-Racine. It seems to be quite friendly and is not afraid of people. I've put out some food and water for it, but I’d love to reunite this little guy with its owner. If you're missing your pet bird, please reach out to me!
