I found a red nylon dog leash and a blue paw-print collar this morning around 7:30am near the Safeway on Kalifornsky Beach Road in Soldotna, Kenai Peninsula. The leash is about six feet long, with a reflective stripe and a sturdy metal clasp that's a bit scratched from use. The collar is light blue with white paw prints and a small stainless tag engraved with the name 'Milo.' There are also faint dirt smudges on the leash from a morning out in the frost.
