Silver ring with blue gemstone, found near Union Station

I found a silver ring with a small blue gemstone this afternoon around 2:45 pm, tucked under a bench near the fountain outside Union Station in Kansas City. The band is slim and smooth, about a size 7, with a bezel-set sapphire-like stone that gleams when the sun hits it. There’s a tiny scratch along the edge and inside the band is engraved with the initials 'MK'. It’s clearly well-made but has a little wear, which makes me think it might have been dropped during a stroll through the area.
