Found black leather wallet on a bench near the rose garden in Loose Park, Kansas City.

I found a black leather wallet in Loose Park in Kansas City on October 12th. It was lying on a bench near the rose garden. Inside, there are several cards, a little cash, and a photo of a family. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner, as it seems very special to them.
