I found a small box containing a collection of vintage baseball cards while walking my dog in Jonesboro Park. The box seems to have been left behind on one of the benches. The cards feature players from the 1980s and some well-known names like Nolan Ryan and Cal Ripken Jr. I'm hoping to return this collection to its rightful owner, as it seems quite special, possibly valuable too.
FOUND: Collars near Craighead Forest Park, Jonesboro
I was walking my dog along the Oak Street Trail by the Craighead Forest Park entrance in Jonesboro at 5:42 PM on Tuesday when I spotted a handful of collars lying on the ground beside a leash. They come in blue, red, and green, and one tag peeped out from the strap. It felt oddly personal to find someone else’s belongings, but I breathed a small sigh of relief thinking they could be reunited with their owner soon. I gathered the collars and placed them in a visible spot by the trailhead, hoping this post helps someone recognize them.
