I found a silver HP laptop this afternoon around 4:15 pm, sitting on a bench near the Kroger on Caraway Road in Jonesboro. It's inside a black neoprene sleeve and has a blue dragon sticker on the lid, plus a small dent on the bottom-right corner. The 13-inch screen looks clean when I opened it, and it seems to be running Windows 11. No obvious owner contact info is visible on the outside.
