Blue medical ID bracelet with engraving

Found this medical ID bracelet this morning around 9:15am outside the Stone Pony on Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park. It's a slim stainless steel band with blue enamel and a small red heart charm. Engraved on the back are the name 'M. Patel' and 'Allergic to penicillin'. I picked it up and kept it safe with me, hoping the owner sees this.
