I’m Amina Rodriguez. I lost my sister, Lina Rivera, 22, about 5'4", 125 pounds, with shoulder-length curly black hair and a seashell tattoo on her left inner wrist. She was wearing a light blue denim jacket over a white tee, dark jeans, and white sneakers. I last saw her yesterday around 3pm near the Riverwalk on Laura Street by the CSX overpass in downtown Jacksonville. She’s anxious in crowds and tends to look down when she’s overwhelmed. If you spot her, she might respond to the name 'Lina' and she has a faint scar above her left eyebrow. I’m really worried—she’s family, and this means a lot to us.
