I lost my grandfather's vintage trumpet while out walking in the Inland Empire park last weekend. It has a few scratches but is overall in good condition and has a warm sound. Found this sunburst acoustic guitar this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa on Market Street, downtown Riverside, Inland Empire. It’s a full-size dreadnought with a few nicks on the lower bout and a slightly worn fretboard. There’s a blue whale sticker on the headstock and a black strap with white stars tucked under the strings, plus a small dent near the pickguard. The gig bag is tan with a red interior and a faded 'Open Mic Night' label on the pocket. I know how much an instrument like this matters to a musician—hope to reunite it with its owner. I realized my box of board games was missing from the trunk of my car while I was at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga around 9:30 this morning. I had stacked Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, and a few family party games in a couple of tote bags, and I think I left them near the movie theater entrance while I helped a friend unload groceries. I want these games back for our family game nights and for a local charity drive they were meant to support.
